Executive Vice Chairman and Secretary General Mr. Dong Yang and Deputy Secretary General Mrs. Xu Yanhua met with Dr. Herbert Demel, Chief Strategy Officer of Mahna on May 28.
        Dr. Herbert Demel firstly introduced global development history of Magna and the management mode of subsidiary companies.

Then, Dr. Herbert Demel introduced the main reason for his visit. He said, as the biggest automotive market, the producing platforms of Chinese manufacturers are too fragmented, which is not conducive to enterprise development. If these scattered platforms could be restructured to form one or two large platforms, which can be shared by automotive enterprises, it will bring many benefits to China auto manufacturers, including cost reduction, production time saving, and customer satisfaction improving, etc. 
        Mr. Dong Yang expressed his thanks for Dr. Herbert Demel’s suggestion for China auto industry and said he would convey this idea to China auto manufacturers. At last, Mr. Dong Yang hoped Manna and CAAM could further enhance the relations and have more communications on China auto industry.
