Organized by CAAM and JAMA, the exchange meeting on intellectual property in automotive industry was held in Beijing on Mar. 26th. Nearly 30 representatives of automotive enterprises and relevant agencies attended this meeting.
        The meeting mainly focused on issues concerning intellectual property during the development of automotive manufacturers.

The Deputy Secretary General of CAAM Mr. Ye Shengji and the Director General of Technical Department of JAMA Mr. Shigeru SASAKI made discusses on a series of issues which both CAAM and JAMA concerned most, including utility model patent, Draft Regulations on the Remuneration for Inventor-employee’s Invention, overseas layout of intellectual property, patent value evaluation, patent pool among enterprises, and so on. On the meeting, the both sides also exchange views on the subjects of next meeting. CAAM suggested that JAMA could share some cases of Japanese enterprises on expanding overseas market on that time.
