The automotive industry attaches great importance to the regulation of repair, replacement and refund. Thus, CAAM has already made an overall arrangement for carrying out it. To advance its implementation and make a full preparation, the brake system committee of CAAM held a seminar on implementation of repair, replacement and refund in automotive industry on April 8th, 2013.

Mr. Ye Shengji stressed that the automotive industry always actively supported the regulation of repair, replacement and refund. Since this regulation would be carried out, our automotive enterprises must pay great attention and well prepare for it. Meanwhile, we must be ready to tackle with any problems that may occur in the process of implementation as well as track, study and process such relevant information.
        On the conference, the representatives made deep discusses around the theme, especially on a series of issues concerning this regulation in brake field, including pre-preparation, subsequent influences, the concrete definition of “invalidation of brake system”, the working process and how to deal with the relationship between auto manufacturers and brake suppliers.
        The conference called on that the brake enterprises should take the opportunity of the implementation of this regulation to strengthen its construction of inner quality and services as well as to improve product quality and service level, so as to make a joint effort to build a sound consumption environment and a harmonious auto society.
