Listed Companies Committee of CAAM Held Working Meeting

On June 28th, the Listed Companies Committee of CAAM (hereinafter referred as to Listed Committee) held its first Council meeting of this year in Great Wall Automobile Co., Ltd in Baoding, Hebei Province. Some representatives of listed companies attended this meeting, including DFM, SAIC, GAIG, CCAG, JAC, SINOTRUK, Great Wall, etc. Besides, the special members of Equity Research Department of Listed Committee including Corporate Governance Research Center of CASS (Chinese Academy of Social Sciences), were invited to participate in this meeting as well.
        The Deputy Secretary General of CAAM Mr. Ye Shengji and the Vice President of Great Wall Mr. Liu Pingfu attended this meeting.

Mr. Ye Shengji delivered a speech on this meeting. In his speech, he further stressed the importance of Listed Committee and stated the significance of improving the development of listed companies in the automotive industry as well as the critical role that listed companies had played in the development of Chinese automotive industry. Meanwhile, Mr. Ye Shengji raised some advices and requirements to the future work of the Listed Committee.
        On behalf of Great Wall Motor, Mr. Liu Pingfu extended his warmest welcome to all the participants and congratulations to the open of this meeting. He also wished the meeting a full success.
        Entrusted by Listed Committee Council, the Secretary General Gong Min reported the working situation and future working arrangements.
        Exchanges and discusses were carried out based on different topics. Special reports such as “SAIC Information Disclosure and Working Experience on Merger, Acquisition and Restructuring”, “Crisis Management of Automobile Enterprises under Recall System”, “Research Report on Legal Person’s Governance in International Automobile Enterprises (Ⅱ)---America” and “Summary on Auto Stocks Investment” were delivered. All the paticipants thought that the regular exchanges and cooperation held by Listed Committee would play an active role in standardizing management for future listed automobile companies as well as promoting sustainable development.
