On Sep 22nd, 2013, the 2013 “Chinese Auto Parts Industrial Development Annual Report” preliminary assessment meeting was held in Beijing Jindiya Hotel. The experts of assessment group, the secretaries general of each branch, main editors and some representatives attended this meeting.

The meeting was hosted by the Deputy Secretary General of CAAM Mr. Ye Shengji.
        He firstly introduced the current situation of automobiles and auto parts industry; then he explained the significance and meaning of the Report.

The Director of Parts Department of CAAM Mr. Chen Yuanzhi reported the progress and completion of the Report.
        The experts Mr. Tian Wei, Mr. Du Fangci and Mr. Gu Xianghua respectively commented the Report from the aspects of structure, content, professionalism and sufficiency. They also put forward their own opinions and made suggestions for revision.
        The Secretary General of Vehicle-use Engine Branch Ms. Ge Hong, the Secretary General of Vehicle-use Electron, Motor & Electrical Appliance Committee Mr. Zhu Xiaoping and the Secretary General of Vehicle-use Piston & Piston Ring Committee Mr. Zhang Pingshan shared each one’s compiling experiences with others.
        Then, all representatives discussed on how to further develop and perfect the Report in the future.
In the end, Mr. Ye Shengji summarized the meeting. Given those opinions raised by representatives, he put forward the basic frame, contents, requirements and compiling suggestions of the Report as well as assigned the next-phase tasks.
