On October 21st to 25th, 2013, the annals of automotive statistics working conference was held in Fuzhou, which was organized by CAAM. Nearly 200 representatives participating in this meeting, mainly from local auto industrial management departments, branches of CAAM, auto and motorcycle manufacturers, auto parts manufacturers and refitted vehicle enterprises. The Deputy Secretary General of CAAM Mr. Yao Jie attended this meeting as well.

On the meeting, the Director of Information Department of CAAM Mr. Chen Shihua firstly reported the overall statistical works of 2013; and then he assigned the tasks of 2014. Besides, he also set the work of mapping Chinese automobile plants layout. Mr. Yao Jie informed the economic performance of automotive industry in the first three quarters as well as forecasted the sales and production of the whole year.
        Another topic of the meeting was honoring the advanced. There were altogether 14 advanced groups and 374 excellent workers being chosen and awarded.

During the meeting, those representatives carried out deep discussions and also posed some constructive suggestions to CAAM.
