On October 24th to 26th, 2013 Annual Meeting of Shock-Absorber Committee was held in Hangzhou, Zhejiang province, which was co-organized by Zhejiang Road Tamer and sponsored by Automotive Engineering Institute of Zhejiang University of Technology. There were altogether 145 participants attending this meeting, including the Director of Member Services Department of CAAM Ms. Li Guixin, the Manager of Chassis Structural System Department of SAIC Mr. Zhuang Yingwu, the secretaries of branches of CAAM and council members of each branch. The number of participants set a new record.

On the meeting, the secretariat of the shock-absorber committee reported the main works of this year and planned the next-step works. They also took advice on how to better serve for the industry.
        The participants made communications on the status of absorber industry and industrial information and technology. Some representatives from engine plants and major suppliers introduced the development needs and technological applications in absorber industry.
