On Nov. 13th to 15th, 2013, the Financial and Economy Committee of CAAM held the working conference in Guilin, Guangxi province. Over 20 enterprise’s representatives in charge of finance works, which were from MIIT, FAW, SAIC, BAIC, Geely, etc. participated in this conference.
        The Deputy Secretaries General of CAAM Mr. Li Jingsheng and Ms. Xu Yanhua also attended the conference and made speeches. Besides, the Director of Financial Department of MIIT Ms. Guan Bing delivered a speech as well. She focused on explanation of policies on new energy vehicles, merger and restructuring, emission reduction, export and industrial management.

The representatives exchanged their views on some hot and difficult issues concerning finance and taxation.
        In the end, Mr. Li Jingsheng made the summary. The conference was hosted by the Director of Policy Researching Department of CAAM Mr. Ni Quan.
