On Nov. 25th to 26th, 2013, CAAM held 2013 China Auto Parts Industry Annual Conference (hereinafter referred to as Annual Conference) in Yancheng, Jiangsu province. Nearly 350 participants attended this conference, including some leaders and experts, local government officials, major auto manufacturers and auto parts enterprises, related organizations, associations and branches, auto parts base as well as media.

With “Cooperation & Transformation” as its theme, the Conference was composed of main conference, high level seminar, special exchange and local economic negotiation. The Conference mainly focused on issues concerning the development of auto industry, cooperation between auto manufacturers and auto parts enterprises, transformation of auto parts enterprises and how to make auto parts industry bigger and stronger.

On the morning of Nov. 25th, the main conference was held. The Executive Vice Chairman and Secretary General of CAAM Mr. Dong Yang hosted the conference. The Municipal Committee and Executive Vice Mayor of Yancheng Mr. Dai Yuanhu gave a welcome address.
        Besides, the Deputy Secretary General of CAAM Mr. Ye Shengji delivered a speech entitled on “Concerted Effort to Jointly Promote the Transformation and Upgrading of Auto Parts Industry”.

On the conference, CAAM announced the decision that another nine auto parts enterprises were honored the title of “Leading Enterprise”.
