On Dec. 6th, 2013, CAAM held the working conference of website information in Sanya, Hainan province. The conference was hosted by the Director of Network Department of CAAM Ms. Zhang Meiju. The Vice Director of Information Center of MIIT Ms. Hu Xin attended the meeting and delivered a keynote speech. Over 40 representatives from major domestic auto manufacturers, auto parts enterprises, testing agencies and media participated in this meeting.

Entrusted by the Deputy Secretary General of CAAM Mr. Li Jingsheng, Ms. Zhang Meiju gave the meeting address. She firstly introduced the basic situation of network department and its website. Now, the average site visits exceeded fifty thousand per day, achieving a historical breakthrough. With the increase of information and functions as well as the expansion of public participation, the website attention was growing continually. It had played a positive role in speeding up the process of informatization, promoting the development of auto industry and building connects between member enterprises and the government. Then, based on the actual situation of Chinese auto industry, she raised some requirements on information works of auto industry.

On the meeting, the Vice Director Ms. Hu Xin introduced the function of Information Center. Meanwhile, she introduced the plan to establish Internet Working Committee on Industrial Application, which would be jointly organized by Information Center and Internet Society of China.
        Entrusted by the Vice General Manager and IT Director of Foton Mr. Yang Guotao, the Vice Manager of Information Technology Department of Beiqi Foton Mr. Xiang Wen introduced the works carried out by Foton in IT field, including information network construction, big data process and application, as well as Internet platform construction.
        The Business Manager of Network Department Mr. Han Zhao introduced some free website services offered by CAAM.
        On the afternoon, the Director of CADCC (China Auto Dealers Chamber of Commerce) Mr. Wang Ji delivered a speech entitled on How to Do Well Self-Media within An Enterprise. In his speech, he mainly talked this issue from three aspects.
        The Director of Auto Review Ms. Han Lijun introduced the developing process, main columns and relevant services of the magazine.
        The representatives spoke highly of this meeting. Since the establishment of the website, CAAM was committed to offer free services for its members and provide good information for the whole industry. Such works were fully affirmed by those representatives.
