2014 China Automobiles T10 Summit was held in Shenyang, Liaoning on June 29th to July 1st. The summit was jointly hosted by the Executive Vice Chairman and Secretary General of CAAM Mr. Dong Yang and the President of Brilliance Mr. Qi Yumin. Mr. Wan Gang, the Vice Chairman of CPPCC and the Minister of the Ministry of Science and Technology, and Mr. Miao Wei, the Minister of MIIT, attended this summit and delivered important speeches.

On the meeting, Mr. Dong Yang gave a keynote speech entitled on Achieving the Goal of Energy-Saving and New Energy Vehicles by 2020. Mr. Feng Fei, the Chief of Department of Industry Policy of MIIT, explained the policy of production conformity. Mr. Li Wanli, the Deputy Secretary General of CAAM, proposed to revise Automotive Industrial Development Policies (the third edition). Ms. Xu Yanhua, the Deputy Secretary General of CAAM, reported on establishing collaborative fund of automotive industry as well as informed the achievements of the Subject “Plus the Deduction of R&D Fees of Automotive Industry”.

Leaders of T10 enterprises, such as the General Manager of FAW Mr. Xu Xianping, the General Manager of DFM Mr. Zhu Fushou, the President of SAIC Mr. Chen Zhixin, the President of Chang’an Mr. Xu Liuping, the President of BAIC Mr. Xu Heyi, the General Manager of GAC Mr. Zeng Qinghong, the President of Brilliance Mr. Qi Yumin, the General Manager of SINOTRUK Mr. Cai Dong, the President of JAC Mr. An Jin, the President of Chery Mr. Yin Tongyue, etc. made deep discusses on issues concerning production conformity, industrial policy revision, Chinese brand development and new energy vehicles. They also raised some advice and suggestions.
