On July 8th to 10th, 2014, the July “Mutual Help, New Level” was held in Zhejiang Sanhua Auto Parts Co., Ltd. 
        The leaders and experts of DENSO China, enterprise representatives in TPS group as well as staff of Sanhua attended this activity.
        On the launching meeting, the Deputy General Manager of Sanhua Dai Changmiao delivered a welcome speech. Then, the Parts Department of CAAM Mr. Hu Wei informed the activity modes of this year.

During the activity, 15 senior leaders from 13 auto parts enterprises learned TPS on-site. The Parts Department of CAAM Mr. Wang Zhenlong explained the significance and objective of this activity. The Vice Director of DENSO Mr. Zhu Zhenhuan introduced the basic concept of TPS, how to improve and the application of lean tools. Through learning, the representatives had a deep understanding on TPS, which would lay a good foundation for TPS popularization in their own enterprise.
