On August 8th, 2014, the Deputy Secretary General of CAAM Mr. Shi Jianhua met with visitors of Volkswagen. They were Senior Director Mr. Frank Leitner, Director Mr. Xu Jinhui, Director Mr. Su Bahong, Director Mr. Zhi Yixiang, Senior Manager Mr. Yan Yi and Senior Officer Mr. Vincent Qu.
 

Mr. Shi Jianhua firstly introduced the current situation of After Market Committee. The After Market Committee was established on May 30th, which was a special committee directly subordinated to CAAM. The Committee would carry out works on nine aspects: namely parts supply, after-sales repair, after loading, auto finance, second-hand cars and rental, auto culture, recycle and remanufacturing, specialized market and others.
        Mr. Frank Leitner introduced the main works of his department, including service strategy implementation, customer satisfaction investigation, parts supply chain, parts sales and marketing, etc. The both sides also exchanged views on issues of future works of the Committee.
