On Nov. 14th, the senior leader meeting on Chinese auto export enterprises was held in Beijing. The Deputy Secretary General of CAAM Mr. Shi Jianhua and eight OEM senior leaders in charge of international trade attended this meeting. They were President of BAIC INTL Mr. Dong Haiyang, General Manager of Geely Meijiafeng Mr. Zhang Lin, General Manager of Changan Overseas Business Department Mr. Yuan Mingxue, General Manager of Great Wall International Mr. Wang Shihui, General Manager of SINOTRUK Import & Export Mr. Yang Zhengxu, Deputy Party Secretary of JAC Mr. Wu Ruhao, General Manager pf Lifan International Mr. Mou Gang and Head of FAW Market Department Mr. Yu Hongyang.

Mr. Shi Jianhua firstly delivered a speech to inform the sales and production of Chinese automobiles in the first ten months; then he briefly introduced this year’s export of Chinese brand as well as posed some problems existed during the process of internationalization.

On the meeting, Mr. Dong Haiyang introduced the overseas development plan of BAIC. He raised the concept of going abroad together and called on to construct overseas resources and data sharing mechanism. Besides, other related leaders of BAIC INTL introduced their specific businesses in place and the situation of constructing overseas auto finance cooperative platform.

The representatives carried out hot discussions on how to collectively promote the overseas development of Chinese auto enterprises based on their own overseas business.

Through discussion, the meeting reached consensus on building Chinese auto overseas development long-term mechanism to share global resources, strengthen international cooperation and jointly build international brand. All the representatives decided to set up “Chinese Auto Export Enterprises Alliance” to improve international information platform, strengthen international publicity and deepen overseas cooperation of Chinese auto enterprises.
        Meanwhile, they expressed they would carry out cooperation on manufacturing, supply chain development, finance platform, logistics, marketing channel, after-sale service and data sharing in future to make contributions to the internationalization of Chinese auto enterprises.
