On Nov. 21st, the 12th China (Guangzhou) International Automobile Exhibition was grandly opened at China Import and Export Fair Complex. The leaders of CAAM visited the auto show and attended relevant activities. They were the Executive Vice Chairman and Secretary General Mr. Dong Yang, the Deputy Secretary General Mr. Shi Jianhua, the Deputy Secretary General Ms. Liu Xiaomiao and the Deputy Secretary General Mr. Li Jingsheng.

Covering 220 thousand square meters, the 12th auto show used all thirteen halls of Complex A and eight ones of B as well as outdoor areas of north and south squares, of which passenger cars were displayed in Complex A and EVs, trucks, buses, special vehicles, parts and accessories were exhibited in Complex B.

More Passenger Cars Companies Involving In

Almost all domestic and overseas famous auto brands were involved in, like traditional foreign brands Benz, BMW, Volkswagen, GM, Ford, Chrysler, PSA, Jaguar, Land Rover, Toyota, Honda, Nissan, Mitsubishi, Subaru, Mazda, Suzuki, Hyundai and Kia; big domestic ones DFM, FAW, Changan, BAIC, SAIC, GAC, Geely, Great Wall, Chery, BYD and Brilliance; luxury brands Porsche, Lamborghini, Bugatti, Ferrari, Maserati, McLaren, Koenigsegg, Aston Martin, Maybach and Carlsson. Besides, Lincoln and WMGTA were unveiled for the first time in this year’s auto show.

CV Exhibition

The biennial CV exhibition was held this year, which attracting many CV enterprises both at home and abroad. 90 commercial vehicles were exhibited, of which 5 were global debuts, 5 Asia debuts, 6 China debuts and 10 new energy vehicles. During the exhibition, several events were held to emphasize the theme of logistics and new energy. Meanwhile, CV model manipulation match was given to let visitors know truck culture in an interesting way.

To follow the industrial tide, the auto show specially set up EV exhibition to invite domestic and foreign leading brands to display their electric vehicles, including Benz, BMW, Audi, GM, Volkswagen, Volvo, Renault, Tesla, DFM, Changan, BYD, Chery, Geely, GAC, SAIC, Brilliance, Great Wall, JAC, Venucia, ZD, etc.
