On Nov. 5th, the launch meeting of CAAM Working Committee of Foreign Parts Enterprises (hereinafter referred to as the Working Committee) was held in Beijing. Leaders of related enterprises participated in, including Bosch, DENSO, Continental, Magna, Delphi, ZF, AW, Yazaki, Toyota Boshoku, JTEKT and DuPont. The Deputy Secretary General of CAAM Mr. Ye Shengji hosted the meeting.

On the meeting, Mr. Ye Shengji firstly explained the goal, meaning and function of the Working Committee as well as the preparation situation. He also introduced the status of Chinese automotive industry. Mr. Li Shaohua, the Director of Industry Development Department, made a presentation on industrial policy status and trend.
        The meeting approved the charter and composition of the Working Committee. All representatives carried out hot discussion on next-step works and posed many good suggestions.
        As an important communicating platform, the Working Committee would play a positive role in further bringing respective advantages and pushing forward the development of parts industry.
