On Dec. 17th to 20th, the activity of “Mutual Help, New Level” and Summing-up Meeting was held in Jingzhou Henglong Auto Parts Manufacturing Company. The leaders and experts of DENSO China, the staff of Parts Department of CAAM and members of mutual help group attended this activity. During the activity, leaders of DENSO China offered on-site guide.
        Besides, all members of mutual help group, DENSO expert group and staff of Parts Department of CAAM participated in the Summing-up Meeting. The Deputy Secretary General of CAAM Mr. Ye Shengji also attended it.

On Dec. 17th to 19th, two-day on-site guidance was carried out.

Under joint efforts, the improvement activity of this month achieved its setting goals, which was affirmed by the experts and group members. It also brought to a successful end for this year’s lean activities.
        On Dec. 20th, the Summing-up Meeting was held. Hosted by the Parts Department Mr. Wang Zhenlong, the meeting reviewed works of 2014 and discussed plans of 2015.

On the meeting, Mr. Ye Shengji affirmed the works done by the mutual help group and expressed his congratulations on achievements achieved in lean improvements and personnel cultivation. Meanwhile, he emphasized the significance of lean production in auto parts enterprises.

The Vice President of Henglong Group Mr. Xia Yijun delivered a speech. In his speech, he thanked CAAM “Mutual Help, New Level” activity to bring advanced lean management and help cultivate a group of personnel, which laid a good foundation for next step transformation of Henglong.

The Parts Department of CAAM Mr. Hu Wei summarized works done in lean production and introduced next-year plan.

Besides, excellent enterprises and individuals were awarded on the meeting as well.
