On April 19th to 20th, 2015, the Fourth Session of the 7th Member’s Representative Assembly and Council Enlarged Meeting of CAAM was held in Shanghai. Near 320 representatives attended the meeting, including members of the 7th Council, directors general, secretaries general of branches and their council members, leaders of auto manufacturing bases, related local auto associations as well as some member representatives.

The meeting was jointly hosted by Mr. Xu Xianping, General Manager of China FAW Group Corporation----representative of CAAM Chairman Unit and Mr. Dong Yang, Executive Vice Chairman and Secretary General of CAAM.

Many related government officials attended the meeting as well. They were Deputy Chief of NGO Management Bureau of the Ministry of Civil Affairs Mr. Liao Hong, the Deputy Director of Industrial Association Office of SASAC Mr. Zhang Tao, and the Executive Vice Chairman of CMIF Mr. Chen Bin.

On the meeting, Mr. Dong Yang delivered the working report. The Report summarized works done by CAAM in 2014 as well as listed working plans of 2015.
        The Deputy Secretary General of CAAM Mr. Ye Shengji explained eight proposals in detail.
