On Apr.13th to 17th, “Mutual Help, New Level” Activity started in Chengdu Ningliang Industry Company. The leaders and experts of DENSO China, the staff of Parts Department of CAAM and members of mutual help group attended this activity.

On the morning of 13th, “Mutual Help, New Level” working committee (hereinafter referred to as working committee) leading group meeting was held. Several heads of auto parts companies attended the meeting. Hosted by the Parts Department Mr. Wang Zhenlong, the meeting discussed and revised the articles and component scheme; supplement the committee member units and members of the expert group. The representatives warmly discussed their thinking and key matters concerning the working committee, and put forward some constructive suggestions.

On Apr. 13th to 14th, the lean production workshop to new members was held. Mr. Wang Yong and Mr. Zhu Zhenhuan from DENSO respectively gave speeches from aspects of lean management background, basic concept, basic propulsion method, standard work and so on. They also led the representatives to carry out on-site practice.

On 17th, the summary meeting was held. The President of NingLiang Mr. Min Hui shared their experience on promoting lean management, and expressed that they would further summarize and improve for better results.
