On May 26th, the Executive Vice Chairman and Secretary General Mr. Dong Yang and the Deputy Secretary General Ms. Xu Yanhua met with guests from UTAC. They were Chief Executive Officer Mr. Laurent Benoit, Director Ms. Beatrice Lopez de Rodas, Sales & Marketing Director Mr. Mickael Gendrot and Representative in China Ms. Li Mang.

UTAC is a testing agency based in France to involve in implementation and drafting of European regulations and carry out emark certification nationwide. Currently, UTAC has set up a sole corporation in Wuhan to provide product certification services and make cooperation with domestic enterprises.
        Mr. Laurent Benoit gave a detailed introduction about UTAC cooperation with Chinese enterprises, business expansion and problems encountered. Mr. Dong Yang introduced the current situation of product certification and regulation implementation in China; then he put forward some suggestions to UTAC.
        Mr. Laurent Benoit thanked CAAM for the warm reception and wished to keep a regular communication.
