On July 6th, the Deputy Secretary General Mr. Ye Shengji met with guests from Korea Automobile Parts Association (KAPA), which were the Chairman Mr. Seok-Weon Kim and the Executive Director Mr. Byung-Sung Oh.

Mr. Ye Shengji firstly expressed his welcome to the guests; then briefly introduced the main functions of CAAM. Meanwhile, he introduced the development of Chinese parts industry and the system of parts certification.
        Mr. Seok-Weon Kim spoke highly of the rapid development of Chinese parts industry. He also introduced the situation of parts certification, after-market administration in his country as well as the newly implemented certification system in KAPA.
        Both sides carried out deep discussion on parts development, product certification management and other concern issues. Meanwhile, the both sides reached agreement on build platform to carry out mutual visit irregularly, exchange information and promote cooperation among members.
        Mr. Seok-Weon Kim thanked CAAM for the warm reception and hoped the two associations could keep a good start and establish a continuous communication mechanism.
        The Parts Department Mr. Zhai Yu and the International Cooperation Department Ms. Chang Xiaoyan accompanied to attend the meeting.
