On the afternoon of Sep. 25th 2015, the twelfth sodality of foreign auto companies in China was held in Beijing. Co-organized by Honda, over 60 representatives from 20 foreign auto companies attended this meeting, including Daimler, Volkswagen, GM, Toyota, BMW, FORD, NISSAN, etc. Some leaders also participated in, which were the Consultant of Department of Industry of NDRC Mr. Wu Wei, and the Executive Vice Chairman and Secretary General of CAAM Mr. Dong Yang. The meeting was hosted by the Deputy Secretary General of CAAM Mr. Shi Jianhua.

Firstly, Mr. Dong Yang delivered a speech. He emphasized the importance of the meeting and pointed out the objectives which were deepening understanding of the government policies, building communication platform and constructing auto society.

Sodality of Foreign Auto Companies has been held many times since 2008. The subject were always around the auto industry hotspot issues of common concern each time , as to strengthen the exchanges and communication between the government, association and enterprise, and it was welcomed by unit of each participant.
        The representatives made communications and exchanged views on issues concerning "Made in China 2025", auto sales management method, auto maintenance guidance, and antitrust issues, which are introduced and discussed on the meeting.

First of all, Deputy Secretary General of CAAM Ms. Xu Yanhua introduced the strategic significance, strategy goals and tasks, strategic support and guarantee related to "Made in China 2025", as well as expressed auto industry action plans and objectives, policies, and the future development direction of the issue.

Moreover, assistant of Secretary General of CAAM, Mr. Xu Haidong introduced the automobile sales management method progress, interpretation and analysis of enhancing service quality about promote transformation and upgrading of auto maintenance guidance, and the influence of the automobile industry regarding the automobile industry antitrust guide. As well as, he has carried on the detailed introduction of vehicle market after the event monitoring and rectification of work.

In the end, Mr. Dong Yang expressed that CAAM would represent industrial interest to reflect enterprise’s demand and pay more efforts to improve this communicating platform. He hoped all those foreign companies could take an active part in this meeting.
        The Deputy Secretaries General of CAAM Ms. Liu Xiaomiao, assistant of Secretary Generall Mr. Xia Shengzhi as well as the Director of International Cooperation Department Mr. Chen Yuanzhi participated in this meeting as well.
