On Feb.26th, CAAM held the Sixth Session of the 7th Council Meeting. 216 representatives attended the meeting, including chairman, vice chairmen, standing council units and council units. The leaders of the secretariat and other related representatives also participated in. 

The meeting was hosted by the Vice Chairman and Secretary General of CAAM Mr. Wu Shaoming. The Executive Vice Chairman of CAAM Mr. Dong Yang delivered the working report. The meeting mainly reviewed items concerning leadership change.

The Council Meeting reviewed following items:
        1. Working report of the 7th Council of CAAM (review draft);
        2. Membership fee situation of the 7th Council of CAAM (review draft);
        3. Delegates elected methods and recommend list of the 8th Assembly of CAAM (review draft);
        4. CAAM leadership change method (review draft);
        5. Composing principle, condition, distribution scheme and recommend list of the 8th Council and Standing Council of CAAM (review draft);
        6. Recommend list for the 8th chairman and vice chairmen of CAAM;
        7. Recommend list for the secretary general and deputy secretary general of the 8th Council of CAAM;
        8. Development Objectives of the 8th Council of CAAM.
        The meeting reviewed the above items and voted by raising hands. Over two thirds on-site council units expressed agreement. In accordance with CAAM Statutes, such items were fully approved.

On the meeting, Mr. Wu Shaoming also informed the contents of the seminar on 2016 China automotive trends.
        Besides, the meeting developed and approved the resolution of the Sixth Session of the 7th Council Meeting.
