On July 11th, the 1st Four Automotive Associations Meeting (FAAM) was held in Beijing. The representatives from VDA China office, JAMA Beijing office, ACEA Beijing office and CAAM attended this meeting. Organized by CAAM, the meeting was hosted by the Executive Vice Chairman of CAAM Mr. Dong Yang.

Aiming at strengthening mutual understanding and discussing future cooperation, the four automotive associations introduced each situation firstly, including organizational structure, members, functions, major works, operating mechanism, etc. Meanwhile, the meeting reviewed and approved FAAM working principle as well as discussed topics of concern.
        Through discussion, the mode of working group would be advocated. For that, each association would assign one coordinator in charge of daily coordination and WG setting. In future, FAAM would further strengthen communication and actively carry out various forms of cooperation.
