The year of 2019 marks the 70th anniversary of the founding of the People’s Republic of China. To deepen education themed with “Remain True to Our Original Aspiration and Keep Our Mission Firmly in Mind”, further enhance Party members’ sense of mission and responsibility, and carry forward and inherit the great Anti-Japanese War spirit and glorious revolutionary tradition, CAAM Party branch organized all Party members and some employees to Museum of the War of Peoples Resistance Against Japanese Aggression, Lugou Bridge and Beijing Auto Museum to carry out thematic education activities to review red history and understand the spirit of Anti-Japanese War on July 16.

　　In the Museum of the War of Peoples Resistance Against Japanese Aggression, all Party members of CAAM, under the leadership of the Deputy Secretary of Party Branch Mr. Shi Jianhua, renewed the vows to join the Party. Besides, all comrades, led by the explainers of the Museum, studied the creation process and sang the national anthem of People’s Republic of China “March of the Volunteers” as well as heard the red story of “The Prettiest Mother Chou” which illustrated the establishment of Central nursery by Chou Zigang. Later, all the staff followed the explainer to visit successively the eight exhibition halls. Through these precious historical materials and vivid heroic deeds, all the staff deeply felt the arduous course of the Chinese people's war of resistance against Japanese aggression, which gave us a vivid Party lesson.

　　The ruins of Lugou Bridge, as a historical symbol of the Chinese people's struggle against Japanese aggression, witnessed the unremitting efforts made by the Chinese people for the eight-year war. All comrades expressed their deep shock and thought that we should always bear in mind this sad history, never forget our original intention, and forge ahead bravely.

　　In the afternoon, all the staff went to Beijing Auto Museum to study. Through the in-depth introduction of museum commentator, all the staff reviewed the history of the development of the automotive industry since the founding of new China. Every historic car on display here has witnessed the efforts made by the State to vigorously develop the auto manufacturing industry since the founding of the People's Republic of China. Through the continuous efforts of generations of "auto workers", China automotive industry has entered the ranks of the largest country in production and sales.

　　Through the study, all Party member comrades expressed that they would always remember history and not forget national humiliation. In the next works, they would further study the General Secretary Xi Jinping’s important speech spirit on the education work conference themed with “Remain True to Our Original Aspiration and Keep Our Mission Firmly in Mind” to do a better job, deeply combined with the current trend of the automotive industry, as well as to give full play to the pioneering and exemplary role of Party members, firm the ideal faith, "Never forget why we started, and keep our mission firmly in mind", so that to make unremitting efforts to realize the “Chinese dream” of the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation!
