The decline of automobile exports continued to expand

According to the statistics made by CAAM, the auto export was 61,600 units in April, down 11.8% than that of last month, and down 21.5% year on year. It is the biggest monthly drop since this year. Among different types, the passenger cars export were 32,000 units, down 17.8% than that of last month, and down 31.3% year on year; and the commercial vehicles export were 29,600 units, down 4.3% than that of last month, and down 7.1% year on year.
        For the first fourth months, the export reached 245,000 units, down 14.6% year on year. To be specific, the passenger cars reached 136,700 units, down 20.7% year on year; the commercial vehicles were 108,300 units, down 5.5% year on year.
        According to customs data sorted out by CAAM, in March, the total import of automobiles were 97,700 units, down 11.9% year on year, and the total export were 57,500 units, down 21.0% year on year.  For the first three months, the accumulated import cars were 258,300 units, down 16.3% compare to previous year. Moreover, the accumulated export cars were 195,100 units, down 4.1% compare to previous year.
