In July, the sales and production of commercial vehicles witnessed decline both monthly and yearly. This month, the production and sales were 216,700 and 234,400 units respectively, down 17.7% and 19.6% than that of last month. Comparing with last July, the production and sales were down 12.5% and 9.9% respectively.
        For the first seven months, the production and sales of commercial vehicles reached 1,983,700 and 1,989,100 units respectively, down 14.6% and 13.9% year on year. As seen by type, the production of buses was up 0.5% while the sales down 0.5% than the previous year. Such figures for trucks were down 17.1% and 16.1%.
