According to the statistics made by CAAM, the production and sales of new energy vehicles in China in July reached 19,307 units and 16,884 units respectively, increasing 2.2 times and 3.3 times year on year. To be specific, the production and sales of BEV reached 11,252 units and 8,970 units, increasing 1.7 times and 3.3 times year on year; and such figures for PHEV were 8,055 units and 7,914 units, both increasing 3.4 times year on year.
        As for the first seven months, the production and sales of new energy vehicles reached 95,530 units and 89,549 units respectively, increasing 2.5 times and 2.6 times year on year. To be specific, the production and sales of BEV reached 60,294 units and 55,180 units, increasing 2.7 times and 3 times year on year; and such figures for PHEV were 35,236 units and 34,369 units, increasing 2.2 times and 2.1 times year on year.
