According to the statistics made by CAAM, the production and sales of new energy vehicles in China in September reached 28,324 units and 28,092 units respectively, increasing 2.1 times and 2.2 times year on year. To be specific, the production and sales of BEV reached 20,365 units and 19,228 units, increasing 2.7 times and 2.9 times year on year; and such figures for PHEV were 7,959 units and 8,864 units, increasing 1.1 times and 1.3 times year on year.
        As for the first nine months, the production and sales of new energy vehicles reached 144,284 units and 136,733 units respectively, increasing 2.0 times and 2.3 times year on year. To be specific, the production and sales of BEV reached 93,032 units and 87,531 units, increasing 2.0 times and 2.7 times year on year; and such figures for PHEV were 51,252 units and 49,202 units, increasing 1.9 times and 1.8 times year on year.
