The auto export in line with same period last year

According to the statistics made by CAAM, the auto export was 68,000 units in June, up 21.1% than that of last month, and keeping in line with the same period last year. Among different types, the passenger cars were 43,000 units, up 18.6% than that of last month, and up 13.4% year on year; while the commercial vehicles were 25,000 units, up 25.6% than that of last month, but down 16.9% year on year.
        For the first half, the export reached 314,000 units, down 18.5% year on year. To be specific, the passenger cars reached 200,000 units, down 6.5% year on year; the commercial vehicles were 114,000 units, down 33.4% year on year.
        According to customs data sorted out by CAAM, in May, the total import of automobiles was 87,000 units, up 5.7% year on year, and the total export was 73,000 units, up 2.5% year on year. For the first five months, the accumulated imports reached 381,000 units, down 12.7% year on year; and the accumulated exports reached 285,000 units, down 14.8% year on year.
