In June, the production and sales of commercial vehicles reached 276,000 and 287,000 units respectively, down 5.6% and 4.0% than that of last month. Comparing with last June, the production was up 5.0% while the sales down 1.7%. The production of commercial vehicles kept growth on yearly basis. As seen by type, the production and sales of buses were down 10.9% and 5.8% than the previous year. For trucks, the production was up 9.0% while the sales down 0.9%.
        For the first half, the production and sales of commercial vehicles reached 1,793,000 and 1,787,000 units respectively, up 1.5% and 1.9% year on year. As seen by type, the production and sales of buses were down 9.4% and 9.5% than the previous year. Such figures for trucks were up 3.6% and 4.0%.
        In June, the sales of trucks decreased 0.9% than a year earlier, of which the heavy duty and medium trucks were up 18.1% and 12.7% respectively; while the light duty and mini trucks were down 3.3% and 16.9% respectively.
