In November, the production and sales of passenger cars reached 2,638,000 and 2,590,000 units respectively, up 15.3% and 10.5% than that of last month, and up 17.6% and 17.2% year on year, both enjoying fast growth.
　　　　For the first eleven months, the production and sales of passenger cars were 21,743,000 and 21,678,000 units respectively, both up 15.6% year on year. Comparing with the first ten months, the growth rates increased 0.3 percentage points and 0.2 percentage points respectively. As for the passenger cars by type, comparing with the same period last year, SUV continued a high-speed growth, of which the production and sales were up 46.3% and 45.5%. MPV also enjoyed a rapid growth, with an increase of 19.3% and 21.3% in production and sales respectively. As for cars, the production and sales witnessed growth as well, up 4.0% and 4.1% respectively. While, the crossed passenger cars were not good, of which such figures decreased by 39.1% and 38.3%.
　　　　In November, the sales of passenger cars with engine capacity of 1.6L and below reached 1,876,000 units, up 20.5% year on year, 3.3 percentage points higher than the overall growth of the passenger cars. The sales accounted for 72.4% of the total sales of passenger cars.
　　　　For the first eleven months, the sales of passenger cars with engine capacity of 1.6L and below reached 15,628,000 units, up 22.5% year on year, 3.8 percentage points higher than the same period last year, accounting for 72.1% of the total sales of passenger cars.
