The sales of Chinese brand SUV reached 510,000 units, up 30.3% year on year. The market share increased 5 percentage points, reaching 61.3%. The sales of Chinese brand MPV were 176,000 units, down 17.2% year on year, accounting for 88.2% of the total sales of MPV, with a decrease of 2.5 percentage points on market share.
For the first three months, the accumulated sales of Chinese brand passenger cars reached 2,720,000 units, up 6.5% year on year. The market share increased 0.8 percentage points than the previous year, reaching 45.7%. To be specific, the sales of Chinese brand cars were 571,000 units, up 1.9% year on year, with an increase of 0.3 percentage points on market share, reaching 20.1%. The sales of Chinese brand SUV reached 1,488,000 units, up 28.9% year on year. The market share increased 3.9 percentage points, reaching 62.4%.
