The market share of Chinese brand PCs yearly up

In September, the total sales of Chinese brand passenger cars reached 966,000 units, down 0.9% year on year, accounting for 41.2% of the total sales of passenger cars. The market share decreased 1.7 percentage points than the previous year. To be specific, the sales of Chinese brand cars were 211,000 units, down 1.3% year on year, accounting for 18.2% of the total sales of cars, with a decrease of 0.9 percentage points on market share. The sales of Chinese brand SUV reached 576,000 units, up 12% year on year. The market share increased 0.8 percentage points, reaching 59.3%. The sales of Chinese brand MPV were 134,000 units, down 32.2% year on year, accounting for 80.8% of the total sales of MPV, with a decrease of 8.5 percentage points on market share.
  For the first nine months, the accumulated sales of Chinese brand passenger cars reached 7,355,000 units, up 4% year on year. The market share increased 0.7 percentage points than the previous year, reaching 42.9%. To be specific, the sales of Chinese brand cars were 1,592,000 units, up 1.2% year on year, with an increase of 0.5 percentage points on market share, reaching 19.1%. The sales of Chinese brand SUV reached 4,132,000 units, up 22.5% year on year. The market share increased 3.1 percentage points, reaching 59.4%. The sales of Chinese brand MPV were 1,212,000 units, down 22.5% year on year, accounting for 83.6% of the total sales of MPV, with a decrease of 5.9 percentage points on market share.
