In February, affected by the Spring Festival holiday, the commercial vehicles witnessed a double-digit decline. This month, the production and sales of commercial vehicles reached 266,000 and 242,000 units respectively, down 13.1% and 19.2% year on year.
　　For the first two months, the production and sales of commercial vehicles reached 624,000 and 595,000 units respectively, up 3.8% in production but down 0.7% in sales year on year. As seen by type, the production and sales of buses were 58,000 units and 55,000 units respectively, up 10.2% and 0.7% than the previous year. Such figures for trucks were 566,000 units and 540,000 units, up 3.1% in production but down 0.8% year on year, of which the semi-trailers were down 35.5% and 29.2% year on year.
