The market share of Chinese brand PCs declined

In June, the total sales of Chinese brand passenger cars reached 758,000 units, up 0.2% year on year, accounting for 40.4% of the total sales of passenger cars. The market share decreased 0.9 percentage points than the previous year. To be specific, the sales of Chinese brand cars were 192,000 units, up 15.8% year on year, accounting for 20% of the total sales of cars. The sales of Chinese brand SUV reached 423,000 units, up 0.2% year on year, accounting for 57.3% of the total sales of SUV. The sales of Chinese brand MPV were 99,000 units, down 20.7% year on year, accounting for 76.5% of the total sales of MPV.
  For the first six months, the accumulated sales of Chinese brand passenger cars reached 5,109,000 units, up 3.4% year on year. The market share decreased 0.5 percentage points than the previous year, reaching 43.4%. To be specific, the sales of Chinese brand cars were 1,194,000 units, up 12.2% year on year, accounting for 21% of the total sales of cars. The sales of Chinese brand SUV reached 2,994,000 units, up 10.9% year on year, accounting for 60.3% of the total sales of SUV. The sales of Chinese brand MPV were 687,000 units, down 20.1% year on year, accounting for 77.9% of the total sales of MPV.
