The market share of Chinese brand PCs declined

  In November, the total sales of Chinese brand passenger cars reached 910,000 units, down 23.3% year on year, accounting for 41.9% of the total sales of passenger cars. The market share decreased 3.9 percentage points than the previous year. To be specific, the sales of Chinese brand cars were 232,000 units, down 11.9% year on year, accounting for 21.5% of the total sales of cars, basically in line with a year earlier. The sales of Chinese brand SUV reached 524,000 units, down 25.7% year on year, accounting for 57.6% of the total sales of SUV, with a decrease of 6 percentage points than the previous year. The sales of Chinese brand MPV were 117,000 units, down 34.3% year on year, accounting for 77.7% of the total sales of MPV, with a decrease of 4.1 percentage points comparing with the same period last year.

  For the first eleven months, the accumulated sales of Chinese brand passenger cars reached 9,002,000 units, down 6% year on year. The market share decreased 1.5 percentage points than the previous year, reaching 41.9%. To be specific, the sales of Chinese brand cars were 2,162,000 units, up 4.8% year on year, accounting for 20.6% of the total sales of cars, with an increase of 1.2 percentage points than a year earlier. The sales of Chinese brand SUV reached 5,245,000 units, down 4.2% year on year, accounting for 58.2% of the total sales of SUV, with a decrease of 2 percentage points than the previous year. The sales of Chinese brand MPV were 1,189,000 units, down 23.2% year on year, accounting for 76.3% of the total sales of MPV, with a decrease of 7.1 percentage points comparing with the same period last year.
