According to the statistics and analysis of China Association of Automobile Manufacturers (CAAM)，the amount of China’s auto production was 1,285,800 units in July, shrinks 7.54% from last mouth, but up 15.67% compared with the same period of last year. Among main automobile categories, production of passenger cars was 990,900 units, lower than the previous 5.21%, but up 16.42 year on year; the output of commercial vehicle was 294,900 units, lower than the previous 14.59 percent, but 13.23% higher than the same period of last year.
        From January to July, auto production reached 10,213,100 units, an increase of 43.64%.Production of passenger cars was 7.6746 million units, up 45.57 percent; the output of commercial vehicle was 2,538,500 units, increased by 38.12% compared with the same period of last year.
