According to the statistics and analysis of China Association of Automobile Manufacturers (CAAM)，the amount of Chinese auto production was 1,592,900 units in September, up 24.69% from last month, and also up 16.94% compared with the same period of last year. Among main automobile categories, production of passenger cars was 1,230,200units, higher than the previous 26.12%, and up 19.89% year on year; the output of commercial vehicle was 362,700 units, higher than the previous 20.05%, and also 7.95% higher than the same period of last year.
        From January to September, auto production reached 13,082,700 units, an increase of 36.10%.Production of passenger cars was 9,880,300 units, up 38.07%; the output of commercial vehicle was 3,202,400 units, increased by 30.35% compared with the same period of last year.
