According to statistics and analysis of China Association of Automobile Manufacturers (CAAM)，the amount of China’s auto production was 1,260,300 units in February, decrease 29.89% compared with last month, and up 4.48% compared with the same period of last year. Among main automobile categories, production of passenger cars was 969,300 units, lower than the previous 30.67% and up 5.42% year on year; the output of commercial vehicle was 291,000 units, lower than the previous 27.14 percent, and increase 1.46% compared with the same period of last year;
        From January to February this year, China automobile production reached 3,068,100 units, an increase of 8.75% compared with the same period of last year; Production of passenger cars was 2,368,600 units, up 9.48 percent year on year; the output of commercial vehicle was 699,500 units, increased by 6.32% compared with the same period of last year.
