The production of automobiles in October enjoyed a slight growth than that of last month; while the sales kept in line with last month. Comparing with last October, only a slight growth was witnessed. Due to that, the accumulated growth of automobiles fell below 8%.
        In October, the production and sales of automobiles in China reached 2,044,200 and 1,987,200 units respectively, up 1.9% and 0.2% than that of last month, and up 6.7% and 2.8% year on year. For the first ten months, the production and sales of automobiles were 19,270,100 and 18,988,100 units respectively, up 7.9% and 6.6% year on year. But their growth rates decreased by 5.7 percentage points and 6.9 percentage points than the previous year.
