The sales and production of automobiles in February witnessed a decline, falling back rapidly than that of last month. Comparing with the same period of last year, a slight decline could be seen.
        In February, the production and sales of automobiles in China reached 1,631,800 and 1,593,300 units respectively, down 28.7% and 31.3% than that of last month, and down 0.4% and 0.2% year on year.
        For the first two months, the production and sales of automobiles were 3,919,100 and 3,912,900 units respectively, up 6.2% and 4.3% year on year. But their growth rates decreased by 5.2 percentage points and 6.5 percentage points than the previous year.
