The recommended national standard of "Safety Requirements for Electric Vehicle Replacement" is released

On May 10, according to the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, the details of the recommended national standard GB/T 40032-2021 "Safety Requirements for Electric Vehicle Replacement" were further announced. The standard will be released in April 2021.It was released on March 30 and will be implemented on November 1, 2021. In addition, this national standard requires that it is a recommended standard, not a mandatory standard. The standard will be pre-researched from November 2018 until it is released in April 2021. During this period, many OEMs including Weilai Automobile, Great Wall, BAIC New Energy, Geely, and Blue Valley Wisdom participated. The standard stipulates the unique safety requirements, test methods and inspection rules of replaceable electric vehicles. The standard applies to M1 pure electric vehicles that can be replaced.
